Items and gold retrieval
by Ridium | 28/01/2008 14:25:46 so after getting my account back ( 2 week wait .... yes suicidal thoughts were starting to creep in :D ) i get my new pass and and email stating to speak with a gm to get my items back , which i duely do ,i recieve most items , but only 1 char got any gold back , when i asked the gm why this is he told me id have to make a new ticket , so heres my problem : My main is on alliance - Ridium rogue eu darkspear it seems most of my gold has been returned but returned to 1 char: 1511g to Dfrocked which is HORDE! and this char only had 150g max when account was hacked . now ridium had 1500g or there abouts , but now has 12 copper , hard to raid on that id say, so i told the gm this and his reply was again " open a ticket " why is this? the gold was on alliance not horde! and he returns it all to 1 character which only had 150g when my account was hacked, im also missing: 4 / 5 flasks of relentless assault, 30 major agility and 30 major fortitude elixirs about 70 heavy nether bandages as well as a lot of herbs, motes and other odds and ends , which i dont care about , but the gold and elixirs / flasks in total is about 2000g so im pretty pissed that i havent got them , ive now sat ingame scratching my backside for the last 3 hours waiting for a reply from the escalation, the joys of blizzard support. moral of this : if u get hacked and still have access to your account , is it really worth going 2 weeks without the game , which were subscription days that i wont get back, to end up no better off then when the hacker got on the account. ####responsible for 99% of leg humping on darkspear#### |
