To Blizzard,

The way you treat us, is just terrible. I feel sorry that i need to use this word, but its the truth.

Me and 4 friends, who are all playing this game since first week, were ofc thrilled by hearing the news of a blizzcon in europe.
So yesterday at 5pm friend of mine started to register all stuff, but as you know, error...

After 3 tries he calls me and going crazy ofc (we already booked hotels and stuff), so i say ok i will try with my creditcard. After my first try : error, to many tries already, and yes you read it good : AFTER 1 TRY!!!
So my friend calls customer support, ofc he gets the standard answer, theres something wrong with your creditcard blablabla..
But its weird that those same creditcards gets charged every month to pay you guys for playing..

So here we are now, desperatly trying to get tickets since last night, after 12pm i was trying for more then an hour, no luck, this morning around 6, no luck, and now... still no luck.

So dont come here and tell us there "something wrong with our creditcards".

Maybe its time to question your team of programmers
