by Nursie | 05/05/2008 15:50:22![]() Hi. my friend salawat from realm karazhan asked me if i could post for her. cuz his account has hacked and his alt's playing time expired.here is the copy of his mail that he wanted me to post here. Thank You blizzard! and another request hi i asked a friend of mine to post this for me. main char's name ''salawat'' realm ''karazhan''. yes. 2 weeks. but i must be before him in the quee i think.cuz 5 th week already passed without any reply and i'm still waiting!!! i made my ticket before her/him and why am i still waiting? so if that person is telling the truth;i hope he isn't , how a quee is that ??? i just want u to provide us something that if there is a real quee here.provide us if he/she is lying or not! so in that way we could know if there is a real quee or not! ok it's totally my fault.i played from a net cafe and cause of that my account and in game mail keylogged. But the important thing is if Blizzard lying us or not here.so that i believe that the best thing that u could do to provide is here, providing if she/he is lying or telling the truth. so if i'm wrong here could some 1 explain me about the quee? and one more thing :) i think that it's better to update waiting time in quee :) seems that it's more than 5 weeks now:) @ least i'm waiting more than 5 weeks without any reply :) [ Post edited by Nursie ] |
by Xaldavan | 06/05/2008 18:35:42![]() Hi Nursie. I can assure you that no priority is given to certain Accounts, and that due to the vast difference in the situation regarding each Account can greatly alter the time it takes to process and complete Account compromise investigations. As I have said to you and your friend in a previous thread you initiated, if the web form was sent with no error, and they still have Access to the e-mail address used on the web form submission, then they will receive a response. by Xaldavan | 06/05/2008 18:47:36![]() I understand your view point on this, and I wish I could spill all the details to you about the technical and physical differences between Account Compromises, but that is information that must remain internal. All I can ask is that you trust in the system, however unfair it may appear from an outside perspective, I can promise you that no priorities are given to any Account or web form that is received for investigation. |
by Xaldavan | 07/05/2008 12:48:09![]() I do not know how else I can word what I have said to answer this question yet again. The fact is, I cannot make it any clearer. You have to read what I have said, and it does answer your question. Whilst details are not there as they must remain confidential, there are so many points to consider that make the investigations and ultimate resolutions into Account compromises take vastly different times. If you cannot understand that fact, you have to still appreciate that it is the case, and nothing can be done to make it any different. No amount of forum threads on the matter will lessen this problem or make web form replies more uniform. The fact is, web forms are collected in the order they are received. The end result may occur sooner for one form compared to another, depending on the situation and the case itself. That is it. I cannot make it any clearer than that. Xaldavan. |
