Im not sure why more or less every post I read in this forum (except the few real serious once) are about
"omg they nerfed us"
"omg, paladins rock"
"cry I can only use 4 totems"
"sniffle, I cant one-shot an other class"

Sure, I'm a Draenei Shaman, so I'm still a total beginner at this class. I'm still leveling my char and I have yet to try to raid with it.
But the only thing I can add about the Shaman so far is - OMG we rock!!!

Yes, as stated above, I am still a beginner, no I'm not one of the old "real" shamans that have done this since wow day 1, but I do have 7 other lvl 60 chars, so I have leveled them all (except Paladin).
I just love Shamans. Not only can we take on mobs that are much higher level then our self, but we can do it fast and we can do it without any downtime. If our mana is getting low after going hard with shocks etc, then we can just melee for 1 mob and then mana is back and it all starts over again. Absolutely no downtime is just evil.

Sure, I could kill faster with my mage, but only for one mob, then it was time to drink, if out of water, then first drink, then make water, then drink again, then take next mob .

I'm only lvl 48 atm, but I only have 3d16h played. No, I dont state that cause I think its ace or I want to brag. I'm most definatly certain that alot of people can do it alot faster, but my point is this. I have personaly never ever levled a class this fast and I have tried almost all of them.

The damage we do is just insane and if we take damage, well, slap a heal on for 1300+ to be back on full HP and just pull the next mob. Its just amazing.

I'm running around at work with a rush, just trying to pass time before I can get home again to play my Shaman. Basicly I'm totatly in love.

So for all of you out there whining and naging about how we suck, how sorry it is about us etc. Maby you should try to play an other class cause the grass isnt greener on the other side and this game wasn't suppose to be about 1 or 2-shot your opponant.
The player with the most skill should be the one that wins, not the one that got most love from Blizzard.


Now maby I get flamed from the old community and maby my input isnt valid, just wanted to add something positive, cause personaly I think Shamans just rule.

That's nothing new? My personal nemesis were the rogues, then I rolled one and took revenge. (Note: I still suck at PvP.)

I am back playing my shaman in Outlands now after quite a long break, and am enjoying it immensely. I don't regret that I tried other classes at all, but gee I realise now how much I missed my shaman! I even missed having a big cow in the middle of the screen. <3 taurens

So now I'm torn - levelling pala or shaman? I'm doing a bit of both, so it's going to take a while ;)
