As I always get an ingame mail now from a GM ticket, the second I log off... I was wondering, how long does an investigation into something take?

I have more or less left the game now due to an issue that I have been ticketing GMs with for well over a year, and still nothing has been done... apart from the usual: We couldn't catch you online (which is odd, cause I am online 8+hrs a day!) so we sent a mail telling you nothing but here, read our policies.. again.

Yeh, thanks for that... so, my question remains unanswered: How long before I see results of my constant ticketing?
