Paladin Specs

After noticing people wanting to know what specs they can spec at 70 etc. I decided to make a paladin specs thread so people can see what some people use and people could add their ideas and specs.

I m going to list some common know specs and then some of specs I used which are usually variations of common know specs. I will also put some comments below them to tell you the advantages of that spec.

This is a pretty started Tank spec. Gives you nice def and agro management and with the 12 in retri gives more parry, imp judge and reduce mana cost on seals


Healbot(41/20/00)

This is a tipcial healbot spec, you will last long enough to pvp healing effeicently

I think this could work only if you collect loads of retri gear and stack loads of spell dmg enchants on it. It would give you some nice melee dmg with holy shock as back up dmg ^^

[Edit] Been told that having any more than that in holy is piontless for tanking so put 5 into imp stun and guardians favor. The Imp intellect and str is there for people who don't have it because of gear having more def stats

This is a variation of a retrinoob spec, this is for people who have abit low stats.

Zalagradis Experience(00/31/30)

This is the closet spec you can get to the Zalagradis pvp movies 1-3 spec.
Gives you a very deffencive playstyle not the easliest spec to play, you need loads of stamina to pull of this spec.

I tried the Zalgradis type spec and it just didn't work for lv 70 because everyone health and dmg has been increased so much you can grind people down with holy shield and reck. warriors can nuke you so fast now its nasty.
I think since Zal's videos were made they nerf the base Defenceness from paladins and made it so that people specing down to holy shield can be too offencive

Its a shame that a zalgradis style play can be done anymore Sad.

This is a spec lauran made one day when, he was playing my paladin and this is one of my fav specs. Gives you stability and offence capabilitys. You can do nice dmg with recks and seals and healing quite well.
