In deep s h i t about instances

This is turning otu more and more to be a real problem in my opinion. There just.... are no tanks nowadays, I can't run any instances anymore. Just rerolled from a Paladin at Shattered Hand where it was the same to a Mage on Ravencrest. Where are they?

Tonight I was trying to get people for a Shadow Labyrinth run, I got Healer, me + 2 DPSers in 3 minutes, and been searching for a tank now for 40 minutes, whispered about 300 people, "No I'm dps" is the most common answer among paladins, warrior and druids.

Am I the only one feeling this? I cant play instances anymore.
