Imbued Netherweave Robe - unique

Howdy,

Just wondering, why is the Imbued Netherweave Robe unique? I have one for my own, but I can't make any more to get my skill up or to help a guildie.
I have one that's soulbound since i use it for the rare occasion i go solo, so if i want to make one for a guildie, i need to vendor mine and make 2 new ones?
Also, the Imbued Netherweave Tunic is not unique. Makes no sense to me.
So is there any particular reason why the robe is unique?

It's not intended that the Imbued Netherweave Robe is unique; this is marked as a bug and will get fixed for patch 2.1.0.
