Ignorance of blizzard's surveys 2

Ok then this time without the bad language.
Lots people are complaining about Blizz's bad services.(phone, webform, forums)
GM's or other employees don't or give useless answers in such a immature way.
Blizzard knows this and is fully aware of this, but this is not the main problem area.

I've bought WoW 2 times, around 2 years ago. Blizzard didn't give any information to me regarding any changes to account stuff (migration, the way details can be changed).
Let's say it was 6 months ago that blizzard introduced the PCT, without any problems.
It was great for some persons, and yet again it costs a bunch if you ask me. But I couldn't care less about that.

My first account had original details, real full name/adress and such. My second didn't.
I never liked the feeling of giving away personal information, since I don't trust anything.

The first time I tried to change my owner's name, I needed to give my CDkeys+Passport copy.
I wasn't really into that so I didn't give any. And now, since 2 weeks the payment of one of my account has expired, and I can't afford paying for both. So I wanted to transfer one char from my account to my other account.

But thanks to Blizzards new way of changing the registered name of the account, I can't possibly transfer a character. I gave my information on both accounts old keys + new keys, old details + new details, old password and current password, SQ/A and stuff, you get the point. Didn't work. I need to get married or need to divorce, which I think is stupid. I called the account support line, and I didn't get a proper mature answer, and so I think blizzard is stupid regarding their assistance to people in need of assistance.

I can go on for hours like this, but I want a GM/Blue poster to take a look at this.
They probably won't, but they locked one other post, so they should be here.

(Don't mind the english, I know it's crap, but you can understand my problem)
I am 99% sure I can't be helped, thanks to the immature blizzard employees.
Blizzard getting 29 million each week, and still have such lousy survey's, it's crap and needs to be changed.

By the way, I'm like one of a million people hating the blizzard help features.

For those who haven't experienced the bad help of GM's, here's a clear comparison:
A 11 year old girl, playing WoW for two weeks, can help me better than a GM.
I'm glad that I have been able to play WoW and by that I don't mean thanks to Blizzard nor GM's nor anything concerning those, just the game itself and the players I've met.
