I got scammed... I'm annoyed
by Blondei | 09/03/2008 09:43:10 Yesterday, I'm not sure whether or was my fault or the scammer's but I lost an item worth around 120G. I was really annoyed, as atm, I'm saving up for an epic mount and that money could have really helped me out. I was in Orgrimmar, and I asked on trade if anyone could do something with my Broken Blade of Heroes. It requires 190 BS to reforge, and once that has happened it sells for quite a lot. I had NO IDEA it was an awesome world drop at the time and I really should have checked on the internet before I asked anyone anything. But I didn't. So this one person says they'll do it, and tells me to send the sword along with 5G CoD. I can't believe I was that stupid... cause I didn't know how CoD worked.... So then they got the awesome item, and I didn't. Afterwards, they told me they lied about the item's worth and said they couldn't believe how stupid I was. It turns out it was an alt of my old guild leader, how has a strong dislike for me.... Then they started talking about how they used everyone to their advantage, and how they kicked our entire guild. This person is seriously EVIL, and using people on our server for their own personal gain. Do you think it's worth me sending a GM ticket to them? Because I'm not sure if it was my fault or their's, but either way I'm just really annoyed that I lost 120G... [ Post edited by Blondei ] |
