How to change name in account?

I'm having a problem with my new account on

When I created that account I spelled my name wrong, on the confirmation box I found that error and corrected it, but once the account was created, I saw the mistake was still there. Maybe it's silly, but for me it's very important to see my name correctly written.

To correct that I tried to change my name in the contact & shipping addresses (it's not possible to change first and last names in the main shipping addres), I tried to figure how to cancell that account (it seems it's not possible), I tried to change my email for another I use to register into forums (that one sends the email confirmation to the new address, but when I press the link to confirmate I always have an error)

In the help support site I didn't find help about this concern (because people can't mistake when creating and account, right Blizzard?), I send an email to Account and Billing department, I tried to phone to phone-support service twice, and had to give up after 25 minutes hearing 'estimated waiting time: 5 minutes' both times.

Please, can somebody tellme what I can do? I want to add all my games to that account, but I don't want to do it if my name is spelled wrong, and I can't create a new one because it tells me my email is already in use (and I want to use that email account for that, since it's the email I always used to register my Blizzard games).

Why should I have to WORK for everything?! It's like saying I don't deserve it!

If you have contacted us via the Billing department by webform about this, they should respond to your query as soon as it reaches the top of the queue. They should be able to assist you with this issue.
