This question has been posted a few times in this last week.

Judging by the speed with which threads in breach of forum regs get locked, Id say they are reading
these forums more or less constantly..

This is hopeful, as this info must get back to the people at blizz who deal with customer satisfaction\change\problems with the (PvP) game..
