How long to get a reply?

I'm sorry if I'm not allowed to post this here, but about how long will it take Billing Support to get to someone via email webform now?
My boyfriend and I both used his card to get a realm transfer pre-patch. For some reason the card was having trouble on my account, but it finally went through (so we thought). It's been a few days and the deduction for both transfers still isn't showing up on his bank statement, and Blizzard locked my character but not his!! I emailed them but thinking of calling them with some of his information too, because this is really frustrating so close to Cataclsysm release date (and I am greatly annoyed that his character is still playable whereas mine is not), but worried that if I call I'll be sitting on the line waiting to talk to someone for 2 hours.

All support queues have been experiencing extreme levels of incoming contacts since the launch of patch 4.0.1 Solona, so it is very difficult to provide any sort of sturdy ETA on response times.
