Ok before i start i want to say that i would of posted this a few months ago but i haven't got round to doing it and i do not know if this has been addressed before.

After 3.3 was released and my guild started to progress through ICC i was looking at all the tactics videos on boss fights and i noticed that all of the videos have been done off the PTR on the US realms, but then i thought wait? we couldn't do this on the PTR. it was like this after 3.2 was released all the boss fights i've seen in videos were filmed on the US PTR.

So my question is, How come the US PTR gets the full content and the EU PTR doesn't?

For example:
3.2 patch all we could do was ToC5man and ToC10man for the 1st boss encounter (beasts of northrend)
3.3 patch all we could do was the 3 ICC heroic instances and the ICC raid was never unlocked for us.

Maybe the answer is , we get more feed back from the US PTR, how about if you give us the full content we will give you feed back too.

Also i find this unfair on guild progression rankings as the US PTR guilds would of had a few weeks of experience in the new raid and just wizz through it.

Maybe on the next PTR you could give us the full content?

As some have replied already, Icecrown Citadel boss encounters were also tested here on the EU PTRs.
