Hi,

For the last few days Ive been having very high latency on some realms from around 9AM in the morning.

According to http://www.wowwiki.com/EU_English_Realms_Info -
I believe the source is Frankfurt 2, all realms ive checked under it have this problem, while others not in Frankfurt 2 doesn't.

Also perform a pathping test to the same IP address to see if your losing any packets along the way.

As I have noted a few times already the issues appears to be between the 6th and 7th hop this is the hop from your provider into the peering partner your provider is using to traffic data to the game server you are playing on.

There is almost 120ms just between those hops, this is something you will need to raise with your provider as this is outside of our domain.

The traceroute times out on the 16th hop as it has reached its destination and for security reasons further attempts to trace are blocked.
