Basically i try to log in and it gets stuck on success. then comes up with the realm list. i then select a realm and it does the same again . the only way i can log in is by unplugging my router leaving it for a bit then plugging it back in. is there anyway i can stop it from doing that!

Make sure the router is correctly configured, that you've opened all the required game ports and that you have the latest Firmware installed for that router.
