[harm] /[help] macro's

a while ago I saw someone explaining how to set up macro's that use the new [harm] and [help] commands.

for example you could bind flashheal [help] and mindblast [harm] to 1 key to make it select the spel depending on if your target was enemy or friendly.

anyone cares to explain me how to set up a macro like that?

I am no macro guru, but don't you have to include the rank of a spell for it to work?
