on the date: 11.07.2008 , i called blizzard for a charachter payment issue they asked my two account names, tough no paswords at all
after the call, i wanted to start WoW* but i couldnt log in ,and my pasword was changed. after pasword retrieve, i got my pasword ofc back opened a GM ticket, with i was hacked "noticin my gear and items were gone"
after 8 hours they replied with: we will look in it again.... so after spendin the whole night online checkin my account, i fell asleep. the morning after, i notice that my other Account is hacked aswell ! 2 Accounts hacked, after a call with blizzard ????
Anyways, since blizzard was lackin with my other account.. i filled in a Webform with my other account.....
GM - restored my items after 4 days, on the first account, without even telling -.- tough thnx :) Webform..... after 5 days i get suspended, and 3 days later im still waitin, without even a little comment about my account status.......
my question more is...... why even use a Webform ?! readin all comments on this forum, they all have problems with the respond time, from that team or they dont even help at all....
*A GM can help me.... with a hacked account But a special team can't , let alone informing people....*
