Hacked and then banned

please can someone clear up the question about getting the time back for being banned because of the actions of a hacker

i was hacked for about 7 hours early on a sunday morning, 3 day ban for botting, permanent forum ban for posting trojans, and i can't renew my game subscription over some payment thing.

i can't seem to get in touch with billing, sent an email to them quite a while ago, not even an autoresponder has answered, and the phones in country are not answering, always hung up on because the call volumes are too high, even as they open in the morning.

Players themselves are solely responsible for who accesses their account, and also for any suspensions applied for any policy violations - regardless of who committed them. We therefore do not offer compensation for downtime experienced as a result of an account been compromised.
