Guild Bank Ninja

I thought the other topic didnt recieve enough credit with lack of facts and posted by an alt so i thought id let the community know about a certain ninja among them so they can give him the welcome he deserves. Now due to Blizzards naming and shaming policy i cannot name the individual but its pretty obvious who it is and he can be named if you /w me in game.

Anyway this person was an officer in our guild and main tank who was trusted with access to the guild bank. This person was trusted and seemed a nice enough guy.

On 12th of March this person claimed he was going to be on holiday with his family for 2 weeks. On March 17th he logged onto his character, took all the epic gems, patterns and HoD out of the guild bank and then migrated. While taking the things out of the guild bank he even had the nerve to talk to the officers online like normal. Pretty sneaky bastard.

After some searching on google we quickly found where he had applied (Neophyte) and joined so contacted him on this server. Here is him justifying himself and admitting it. Excuse his bad English but u get the idea.

Now we only recently found out that he may have a history of ninjaing guild banks. A member was told by this player he had ninjaed his old guilds bank before joining Evocati. I now give 2 quotes from our forums.

Q u o t e:
when i spoke to him yesterday he claimed that he "borrowed" 80 epic gems to our guildbank when he joined
when i asked him he? how u got those gems then, as far as i know they only drop in mh and bt he didn't answer....

Hiding your ninjaing past from some ppl? But you were so proud to tell others!

Here is an officers reply to this

Q u o t e:
We were all officers when he joined and none of us took any gems from him. He is a compete liar and cannot be trusted.

Oh! So hes claiming he took the gems as we owed him then yet he never gave anything to guild bank. Interesting.

So hes accepted into his new guild who find out about it and turns out: They dont care. Now to be fair to them they did their research and covered all "angels" (angles). They accepted pictures of our gbank log:

This is a quote from one of the officers.

Q u o t e:
Ive done a bit a research and talked to different people regarding this matter to get it sorted out. Its been a deep research to make sure all angels are cowered. F.eks i have log filed of your guild bank. ie http://img182.imageshack.us/img182/8070/campoug5.png

I have come to an conclution. And whatever is going to happen now will stay within Neophyte, so lets end this thread here.

Consider this case closed and thank you for your input.

Case closed? Ok. So whats happened? Does his new guild support guild bank ninjas or do they just not give a !%#!? Now im sure any guild whos bank was ninjaed by a trusted member would give a !%#! so surely the opinion: "Doesnt involve me, i dont care" isnt valid as sympathy must be present when reading this tale. What kind of guild would want to associate themselves with such a low life who has caused grief for over 40 players? Well, Neophyte?

You can argue im naming a guild for the fault of one member but surely when this guild has failed to accept the behaviour of one member they make the guild liable for blame.

Within the last few days named member has returned some gems to us which will be done soon by a server migration athough he has kept quite alot thinking he is entitled to it OR has he maybe given these gems to his new guild as a sort of payment? Who knows? All i know is this person cant be trusted and is a complete twat. So i wish you luck with him Executus and Neophyte because your going to need it.

Cheers for reading and expect more posts from different angles to this story.
