2nd time this has happened to me, and for no real reason to back it up. Both times at the near end of the dungeon, the other time right on the last boss fight. I tried to ask why, but they just gave witty insults and acted all weird. It is frustrating and so annoying to get my time wasted for slight amusement of others.

The vote kick system is still very young and certainly something we plan on making iterations to when we work out ways to improve the system for the overall good. I can only hope you have better luck meeting groups that do not cheese the system in future.

Only make vote-kick an option if the person hasn't joined the instance within 1-2 minutes. Or hasn't moved in the instance for 1-2 minutes and then get rid of the 15 min debuff.

Also It should try to pick people from the same realm, people on your friends list, as well as with the same average level of gear.

Ideas like this are the kind of thing we like to hear. Systems like this are hard to perfect, so if you have ideas, thoughts or suggestions on what improvements could be made I guess this is an ideal place to air them. :)
