Hello there,
When I log in to the PTR realms I'm getting "Enter the Generated digital Code" box.
I deleted my authenticator 2 weeks ago (I wasn't signed up for the PTR yet) and its still wierd cause I used the mobile authenticator....
So how do I resolve this?

Yes unfortunately for you the "snapshot" of live accounts is often taken in advance of the PTRs going live, so if you have changed your account in some way during this time, it can mean that you cannot now enter the PTRs. Sorry we are bearers of bad news for you, but I do hope you will be willing and able to help us test upcoming patches instead.
