[FORUM] no response to webform?
by Uffiepotbot | 06/04/2008 21:44:35 hi, I've submitted several web forms to the community team, trying to enter into some kind of dialog with a view to having my forum ban reversed but I've had no reply so far, negative or positive. my account was banned after 3 suspensions for spamming and trolling almost a year ago. whilst I admit I may have a more close to the bone sense of humour than most, I don't think a ban was really necessary. I was willing to accept responsibility regardless of the fact I thought one suspension was a mistake, and another was pretty heavy handed, but now I'm playing again after 6 months off, my realm is different, my guildmates have deserted me and I'd like some kind of forum access to track down my old guildmates and also to socialise with new realm-mates on the realm forums. I did make a lot of meaningful contributions to the forum as well as the silly posts that got me banned. I know a ban can be reversed also, but I don't get any chance to plead my case. I would at the very least like a reply from the community team, even if it means a rejection! I made one webform 6 months ago, another 8 days ago, and a final one 4 or so days ago, my character name is Grillz (not on this account) and the correct account name and e-mail address was provided both times. all I want is a second chance, please let me redeem myself by being a good boy. |

The correct web form is found at https://www.wow-europe.com/community/webform/index.html Second, while we do indeed review all bans that are appealed, there might be a delay in such reviews. Most of our tasks - visible to the public or not - focus on current or possible future concerns for the entire (or at least much of) World of Warcraft community, and the woes of a single individual who even broke our forum rules in the past will not always get top priority. ;-) |
