Blizzard i require you help to help me remove some "flithering grafical issues" when i see murlocks, crabs, all in all creatures near water and sometimes nagas the start making flithering colors blinding the screen completly out, making me lag and prevents me to play in these areas. PLease HELP

The best option to deal with this would be to update your Drivers for your Graphics Adapter.

If this still happens, then try disabling the option for Full-Screen Glow Effect from the Video Options in-game.
