Really shocking news this, ITV pulling out after 3 of a 5 year deal and Bernie approaching the BBC.

Really is a "wtf"

The obvious Pro is No adverts but I have concerns, ITV has done F1 well compared to what the bbc did not do with (yes better technology but they have always done it better then the bbc from day one) better graphical presentations and the main thing was just a dam site better job explaining the sport and having in depth looks at the teams the cars and how everything works.

I hope some of the team like Marting Brundle Move over though

But still... :O

Q u o t e:

Some of the new regulations this year and the night race may bring back a few of the fans, but after all that spygate crap and the Hamilton/Alonso problems, the politics of F1 started to turn fans away.

In all honesty, last season was rather depressing. It seemed more of a TV Show ("hey guyz we're ezpyin ur filez"), than a true competition.

And I may be a bit biased, but the behavior of McLaren towards Alonso was also kinda strange for most of the season. I think Hamilton is probably one of the best drivers nowadays (especially taking into consideration his age), but his attitude last year didn't seemed that logical.

Anyways, we'll see how goes everything this season. But after the first race and the first sessions of Sepang, I think I won't hold my breath for Ferrari unless there's a sweeping change in course.
