Hi there ! I have this character named Kenai on Blade's Edge server. We had an information this morning that the mentenance will be over at 11.00 Paris time, and now is 13.15 Paris time and still the server is down. We dont have any information abaut an extended mentenace. I cac log on other servers, but Blade's Edge is still down. Any information aviable from Blizzard please ? Thank you verry much.

The fact that some servers are still offline including mine is terrible, but al we can do now is just sit back and wait untill the servers are online again ( and hope the fps didnt drop again ) however, blizzard is selling an product ( WoW ) and i find that they should atleast tell the people who are using that product what is really going on.
Every time we get those standard lines that something is wrong and that they will give an update about the issues. Al they do is say every hour that those servers are still offline and i already know that its offline because i check the realm state page once in a while now.

What kind of information would you like?, either way if a realm is down a realm is down, there is little will change that fact until what ever the issues that is keeping that realm down is fixed.

As for information, we generally avoid providing specifics to what the problem is, for security reasons.

The breaking news is updated regularly to keep players apprised of any on-going issues, if your looking for technical specifics then that is not something we can provide.
