Firstly, i just want to say that i think the way you have handelled the ticket escalation que has been very good. There is alot of clear info on the stickies etc. It's just a shame that i have to post this as i feel you are busy with enough people who are refusing to look around this forum enough to realise what escalation is all about.

However - my problem is that after roughly 3 days of having a ticket escalated, i closed the game to do some rl stuff and after logging back on 2 hours ago my ticket has dissapeared completely. I am 100% certain that i have not touched the ticket so am not sure what happens, and nobody has acess to the account but myself.

Anyway - any help would be grately apreciated. I just hope i dont have to start again as i feel there has been no error on my part!

Thanks in advance - Hexxor

Greetings Hexxor,

I have had a quick look into this matter and have found that the ticket was escalated to look into the loss of your items, as this required searching of the logs. When this was complete, unfortunately you were not online and so we had to close the ticket in this matter and sent a mail to ask you to send a new ticket in when you were for reimburse.

I understand that this may seem a slightly long winded approach, but we prefer the large scale item reimburses to be done while the player is online so we can confirm that no items were missed and that it was done correctly.

I would ask you to submit a new ticket when you are next online for a time and we will contact you as soon as possible for the reimburse.

No, there has been no error on your part at all :) It is more a case that it seems that you have waited 3 days for your ticket and nothing seems to have happened. This is not quite true as the searches are complete and reimbursement is ready.
