Enquiring a suspension
by Vapore | 12/05/2008 23:32:22 Last tuesday my brothers account was suspended due to "Highly offensive sexual language". This isn't a complaint about the ban but the e-mail also reads "Following this issue, we have deemed it necessary to pass your account for review of the history of problems associated, and consideration of subsequent sanction which may needed to be taken. You will be contacted via email by our Account Administration Team shortly." After waiting 48 hours he received no contact and when trying to log into the account ingame the same message appeared "This account is no longer available for use" etc. So he sent a message through the link provided in the e-mail sent. After waiting another 48 hours till the saturday he was still yet to receive a reply and still sees the same message when attempting to login so I contacted a GM ingame by opening a ticket and was told if he has any complaints he should e-mail wowconcernseu@blizzard.com and so proceeded to do so. It's now 6 going on 7 days since the account was suspended and "pending investigation" and he just wants to know whats going on, hes received no previous bans whatsoever and doesn't want to complain about the ban itself as he doesn't think it's unjust. Please could we be informed on what's going on, or has he just missed an e-mail? Thanks in advance His character name is Bwoodian on the realm Spinebreaker |

In this case all your brother can do is wait for our investigations to be complete. In the meantime he should keep an eye on the registered Email address of his account for any further contact from us.
