Start listening to your customers.
Start giving service to your customers.
Start giving feedback to your customers.

Stop threatening your customers.

I understand your wishes towards a nice clean and wholly happy cheerful forums prior to The Burning Crusade grand setoff, so new buyer-potentials will be impressed and *dazzled* by the new product. This does not rid you of doing a better job - press inside on fixing bugs - provide felt feedback - and just attempt to show more presence in the forums than Rogue utility in a raid.

Vaneras, you scare me very little with your exclamation marks on locking threads really. If anything, you amaze me with your tactless attitude towards your customers. Tell me employee - have you even read the full thread linked above? Any of it?

Do focus on bugs and support.
Don't mimic your customers (like Omra last time), nor threaten them like yourself here.

If customers are so dissatisfied, maybe you should look at the next link in the chain they are in contact with - when and if you are ever here.
