Druids flying form in pvp

i think druids flying form should be changed to be more like the flying mount rest for the clases have.
Put casting time on it. its to easy to get away in pvp, no one else can use flying mount in pvp.
And as a healer i think the instant heal is a bit over done. it can crit for 7k and thats when they run away,and then they fly away. no 1 else can do that.
And for the healing that are instant thers a 3 min cooldown and if u comper that to the shield the priest have its just wrong. the shield last 30 sec or 1512 dmg, so if some 1 crits me it will disepear and i can`t cast a new 1 in 12 sec because of weakened soul and im dead in that time since im using cloth and don`t do much dps. im holy speced.

ps: plz fix it
