Thank you for your report but I must point out that this forum is by no means a replacement for the ingame ticketing system, especially when it comes to harassment incidents. Bad behaviour needs to reported by making a ticket with the details (name of the players involved/time and date of the incident etc) so that a Game Master can thoroughly investigate the chat logs and take appropriate action on any offenders. If there are many players involved then simply note the date, time, channel and the name of a few characters and we will take it from there. If you could do this for us then that would be greatly appreciated.
