DPS Pallys and stun
by Rites | 28/03/2008 15:13:11 I'm trying to work it out how Blizzard can not class this as an abusive ability on a Retribution DPS Pally. It wouldn't be too bad if the stun broke on damage. But the fact they can cast from distance and stun for 6 seconds is a joke. Considering in that 6 seconds they can be knocking the crap out of you with some huge 120 + damage 2hw. Add to that there ability to bubble after, for more time to DPS with out any damage taken. No class can really take that amount of DOT if there unable to cause damage back. So once your able to DPS back your health and / or Mana is really low and you start the fight at atleast a 50% unfair advantage in favor of the Pally. I can understand a healing spec pally needing this stun for suvivability but to allow DPS pallys to use a stun in such an abusive way is unfair. I can even live with a pally using a 1hw and shield having this ability but it is too OP for a char with a huge damage 2hw. Also where the hell did blizzard get the idea Pallys should have a range stun abiity. Pallys and shamana are suppose to be support classes. So how comes Blizzard considers it fair to give pallys a shield and a stun, when shamans pritty much get nothing on the same lv of suvivability. There is just no effort to ballance this game any more what os ever. All I'm any good for is FREE HONOR |
