Disgusting behaviour by a CM

When I saw blue reply on the forum for a well known bug, I rejoiced hoping it would provide some information about a possible solution, instead what I saw is :

How can this be allowed, flaming a person (who also happens to be a paying customer) trying to report a bug while completely ignoring the question?

Please make sure the CM responsible is duly reprimanded if not fired as this is , at least in my opinion unacceptable.
