And most of the roleplayers here agree with what you have said there, indeed, locking purely pve-raiding related threads is a good start. Lets people know that change is comming!

However, it will not help at all as long as you can walk through Orgrimmar, ironforge, the barrens, ect... every day and hear people say "OMG did U hear they buff warriors?! lolol!!!".
And this is not only new players that knows no better. We see lvl 70's acting like this every day. There is far more ooc in /say and /yell then there is roleplaying, and it makes this troll a sad panda!

So, what I'd like to know is: will we see a dedicated roleplaying GM landing on our realm? -A godlike being capable of smithing people named "LOLIPWNHORDE" and "Undeadslayer", "Leg00laz" and "pwnzor"?
Will we see people who repeatedly break the rules be told to be on their way, and airlifted by wyvern to a neighboring naturereserve for the leet-minded?

Because every day we are losing roleplayers. People who want more from the game then just working to get those extra 5dps. Of course there is room for non-roleplayers on our little realm too, as long as they abide by the rules, but at the moment, Earthen ring is looking more and more like a ordinary PvE server with a diffrent name.

Please Vaneras, please Blizzard...you have made fair rules that are well made, now enforce them!
