Darkmoon faire buffs bug?

Hello, have gotten the 10% agility fortune 2 times now and its not working like it should. I have 927agility unbuffed and with the 10% agility buff I have 945agility. thats 2% not 10%

Whats wrong?

Your agility is currently 179+748.
Your base agility is 179.
110% of your base agility is 197.
197+748 = 945

So I'd say that the 10% is 10% of your base agility.
