Hi im looking for some help on the Cruel intentions quest reward..

this is the link for the quest..
i want to know if there are better tanking trinkets available later ingame..
cuz i want to be a tank at 70, and if i can find better without a 0.00011%dropchance.. i will take the better one and go for the dps neck now...

any thoughts?

It's a trinket. Not a neck.

I would personally say you can get better tank trinkets, but it's a matter of taste and playing style.
