Connection Problem still no answer :(

I am disconnecting alot from the game mostly when there is much going such as BG and wintergasp It is getting to the point now were iam getting very close to stop playing the game with the lack of help from Blizzard.

This problem has been going on over 1 month now and i have not changed anything on my comp it just started for unknown reasons to me

I have net gear hub wired straight into my comp internet i get from BT , I run windows Xp
I have no problems with my internet . I have called Blizz tec team done what they asked such as update network addptor, deleted folders from wow reset interface. Still i am dc to the point were i cant really play anymore.

Could some kind Blue please give me some pointers what I need to do,check , or tell you what other info is needed
