I dont get it.
Isn`t the PTR servers for Europe hosted in the US? and if there now is a new set of servers & new launcher. Where do i get it? From where i usually download the PTR updates it only says US PTR. (as usual)

I just need to point out here that no, both the US and EU PTRs are not accessible right now. If you're ever curious about the US PTR status (which is usually exactly the same as EU PTR -- kept in the same place and monitored by the same people) then they also have a status thread here, like we do:
