Compromised Accounts - Response Time

As has been highlighted in our sticky on compromised accounts ([Guide] How to Recover a Compromised Account Please be aware that all investigations into accounts which are reported to us as compromised are completed by our account administration department, and that the in-game support team are unable to assist with or discuss another account with players from here on the forums. Provided you have reported your case to our account administrators using the security web form (http://www.wow-europe.com/support/securitywebform/securitywebform.html ?lan=en), then a response will be forthcoming. We do not have the facilities from here on the forums to check the status of your investigations, and it is not necessary to send multiple web forms for the same case – doing so will only serve to increase our response time further.
