by Vaneras | 28/02/2007 16:56:06 I guess we were a little too fast in stickying this thread and unstickying the other threads, because what we really need is new sticky guides containing all the text and information from the old sticky guides. A thread like this one is of course nice, but it will not really be that beneficial since the guide threads being linked to here, will disappear after a weeks time or so if no one posts in those guide threads. That would be a shame if that happened. The old stickies have been temporarily re-stickied until the creation of new guide threads that contains compiled guides by category, a bit like the list in the Original Post created by Clangeddin. Yes it is pretty much the same thing. Threads will disappear from the forums if no one has posted in them for a weeks time or so. The links you have posted in that thread will become dead links, if no one within a week posts in those threads that those links points to. When I say a week or so, then that is because I am not exactly sure how long inactive threads will stay before they get automatically deleted. |
