Thx to the lovely new patch i'm gonna write here what every mage is thinking right now
by giving us hypothermia you've effectively nerfed the mage class compared to the rogue class
rogues can still vanish->prep->vanish while mage can only iblock->snap->wait 30 sec->iblock
not to mention that iceblock is a talent, vanish is a skill learned from trainers (i'm all for making iceblock trainable and giving it a reagent cost - to all you rogue whiners out there)
Also, I get iblock cd from 5min->4 min with another talent, while rogues get vanish cd from 5min->3,50 with their talent which i might add is on a lower tier than the frost talent
atm i can only see 2 solutions to this
1)After using vanish a rogue gets a debuff (call it hypostealthia for all i care) that makes the rogue unable to use vanish again in a 45second timeframe 2)Iceblock is made trainable with a 5sec lasting time + a reagent cost (iceblock talent is replaced with a talent that increases the duration of iceblock by 100% and reduces its cd
altho after changing cloak of skill cd to 1 min from 2 min, i really doubt the developers feel like nerfing the rogue class O_o
then again i feel like i've made a valid argument here and it should be taken into serious consideration nevertheless |
