Close Paid-Migration to Kazzak

Please close paid-migration to Kazzak, We don't want people thinking that they can get into the top guilds on the server for epixxx. Neither do we want the queues or lag they cause.

The PCT destination realms list is not open to requests or affected by petitions. In fact, petitions are not allowed on the forums. Please take that elsewhere.

The PCT destination realms list is updated each Wednesday. I'm fairly sure Kazzak will drop off that list this week.
