Aye! The characters I created for the test servers are "locked", however I have an active account, with Burning crusade and Wrath of the lich king. The in-game error points me to the billing support, who have been less then helpful. So I turn my head here, mostly to kick and scream. And hopefully whine abit too.

Anyways, help me out Blizzy, I r want funnnn!! Uh *cough*

• Players that have updated their accounts to Wrath of the Lich King within the past few months may not be able to access some characters after copying them to the PTR servers. This includes premade characters.
  
• If you are receiving the error "Character Locked - Contact Billing" when trying to log into the PTR, you will not be able to access that character during this testing phase.
