Changing character appearance?

Hi there fellow WoW players.

Just a simple question.

Can you change your characters appearance? eg. Hair style/colour

Yes I'm sorry but Karayi is correct. You can't change your character's appearance permanently at all at the moment, you can only change what they wear.
