Cant log onto Nordrassil

Can some one tell me why I can't get onto Nordrassil every other realm ok but I cant login to Nordrassil. It is stuck on "Logging into Game Server" in which after a minute takes me back to the realm selection screen :S

Some help will be great thank you :)

Hi,

If you are having difficulty connection to one realm please first of all try the following. Try refreshing your DNS can often help get around some connection problems, and its quite easy and safe to to do.

- Click the Start button then select Run
- In the text box type CMD
- In the DOS window that appears type the following ipconfig /flushdns

This will quickly refresh the DNS Table, check to see if you are able to connect to your chosen server.
You can also try renewing your IP address, using the same steps above use the following commands instead
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew


If this doesn't help please provide us with the following information.

ISP –
Country -
Modem (and firmware if available) -
Router (and firmware if available) –
Network device (Driver version if available) -
Type of connection used (Wifi/USB Ethernet) -
Operating System -
Security Software installed (Firewall, Anti-Virus) –

To run a Trace Route to our log-in server:

- Click 'Start' and then 'Run'
- Type "cmd" and press Enter
- In the command window, type tracert eu.logon.worldofwarcraft.com > C:\tracert.txt

We really need people to post the information I requested in my first post, there is very little we can investigate without it.

Hi,

It does not matter if other programs are working that is not the point, programs use different ports, different protocols and don't all use the same routing to get to service they are connecting to.

We have no issues with our realms at this moment, so we need more information to look into the issue to see if there is any common factor in that information that we are requesting, without any information our network team is very limited.
