Cant log in....

i have 2 accounts on same server. 1 of those is this . i cant log in on other becouse it says "u have used up your prepaid time for this account. please purchase more to continue playin." ok, i understand what it means, but my paying method is by credit card (always been and same credit card used for this account) and also when i log in www.wow-europe.com/account it says that
Account Status:
Active
This account is active and can be used for playing.

so, what is wrong please? also cant log in on forums with that account!?!?!

also send Web form complain but no answer.
