Cant connect (Vista64)

I've instaled Vista Ultimate 64bit recently and now constantly recieving "Unable to connect" bug report whet trying to run the game. I've checked firewall and router settings and tryed to turn off both of them, but that didnt help too. May be any1 have some ideas, please?
