Can anyone clear this one up for me??

Hello

I would like some advice with something that has been effecting my wow game playing for some time now.

Firstly I would just like to explain briefly a little about my situation.

I have been playing WoW for just over 11 Months now and I have loved every minute of it.
It all started when I was sitting on my Laptop last Christmas (2008) and after seeing the advert on TV a couple of times I decided to create the 10 day trial account and Download the appropriate client.

I did not know much about WoW before this, so I really entered the whole thing pretty blind. None of my friends play Social gaming so I also did not know a soul in WoW who I could ask for help.

Well I like to think I have come along some. I know have A level 64 Warrior and A level 80 DK.

But this is where my issue starts.

Now I have learnt more about the mechanics of the game.
I feel like I have missed big parts of the game.

Because I started out with my Human Warrior I just concentrated on pure questing and gaining exp to level up. learning bits as I went along. Because of this I missed out on all the first instances all the raids and an awful lot of the group activities which I have since learnt that makes WoW so enjoyable.

I then created A Death Knight when I reached level 59 I found I was a a lot more successful with this character because I had learnt some about the game with my previous character.
But it still left me with the same problem.

I have still missed out on all the early parts of the game.

Now that WotLK is drawing to an end how and what would be the best way for me to catch up with all the instances dungeons and raids I have missed.

Is there any way I can look to see if I can find any other players in a similar situation who might want to catch up with the above too?

Would the only way I could properly catch up with all the early instances, Raids etc,
Be to create A new level 1 Character and start all over again?

I hope I have explained my issues enough for somebody to post me a reply!

Thanks for now

One way to get to play all the early dungeons is to roll a new character (not Death Knight, of course) and use the new Dungeon Finder feature introduced in today's patch.

The concern with playing these older dungeons is/was often that it's hard finding 4 others interested in doing so, especially considering the trip to get there. Now you can play with like-minded people from other realms, and everyone will be transported straight to the instance, so no travel time.

Rolling a healer myself, aiming to level almost exclusively through dungeons. :-)
