Last night on my mage I completed the wrathgate quest chain. Which may be related to this issue or may not. This morning I went to do the quests in Glajerbron in howling fjord, but there was not a single enemy NPC in sight. I could see the whispers from the caged prisoners asking to be released, but could not see any prisoners or any of the mobs. I ran around the area for quite a while so it was not that someone had just nuked them all. So I went to Skorn - all the NPC's were there and killable. so back to Glajerbron - and still empty, However, I then went into the underground section of Glajerbron which was also deserted, but as soon as I went back outside again *Shazzam* all the NPC's were back.... thankfully I was able to kill the three I ran into unexpectedly!

At least I did not have to wait for an in game GM to reset me! :D

I have opened a ticket in game but the amount of information you can type into a ticket is too short to fully explain, so posting here for the Panda's to pass on to the Dev team.
