[Bug] Spelldmg Enchant on Gloves = No Healing

From the PTR Patch Notes:
Q u o t e:
Enchanting recipes that increase spell damage now also increase healing as well.
This doesn't work for the +20 spelldmg on gloves enchantments. It does however work for all other high level enhantments I was able to test (bracer, weapon, ring).
